On Rockstar's newly designed website, it has been announced that the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City will go live on September 1st, 2009. This trailer will show us the first footage of The Ballad of Gay Tony.

In that same news post, Rockstar included a teaser of the upcoming trailer, which appears to be a portion of the trailer cut down into individual frames.

It's obviously of someone skydiving, most likely Luis. Perhaps this is a new feature in the upcoming DLC. We'll know soon enough.
